Fifteen years of packaging, campaigns and events. For the past two and a half years I have been the only in-house creative at YIFUQUAN, a skincare franchise that grew from 20 to 200+ stores, and I build AI tools that let its distributors make on-brand posters themselves. Tools I designed and built with AI-assisted development, so that people without design training can produce on-brand work.
AI YIFUQUAN
- Problem
- Distributors need posters and social content every day. Urgent pieces were made in generic template apps with uneven quality; important ones queued for the brand's only designer.
- Solution
- A mini-program where distributors pick a template or describe what they need, then get an on-brand poster, product shot or social visual in up to 4K, ready to share. Templates cover product promotions, festival campaigns, Xiaohongshu covers and portraits.
- Result
- 200+ distributors using it, and RMB 11,000 in revenue in its first two months.
- Built with

About
I started at a small design studio in Suzhou, ran marketing for a shopping mall, freelanced for nine years, and now handle every piece of brand creative for a growing skincare franchise on my own: packaging, posters, store materials, conference visuals, photography and video.
Working alone taught me to build systems instead of one-off files. Store templates, franchise kits and an AI tool now let 200+ distributors produce consistent work without waiting for a designer.
I am moving to Penang with my family for the long term. I work natively in Mandarin, and in written English with translation tools.
